- हिंदी शब्दतंत्र की अंतर्वस्तुएँ यूनीकोड (देवनागिरी लिपि) का उपयोग करने से दिखती हैं.हिंदी शब्दतंत्र दिखने के लिए आपके संगणक में यूनीकोड होना चाहिए.
- विंडो 2000 और विंडो एक्सपी पर इंटरनेट एक्सप्लोरर 6,फायरफॉक्स 1.5,ऑपेरा 8 में हिंदी शब्दतंत्र अच्छी तरह दिखता है.लिनक्स में यह तंत्र उतनी अच्छी तरह काम नहीं करता किंतु अधिकतर सभी यूनीकोड ब्राउज़र जैसे फायरफॉक्स 1.5+ और ऑपेरा 8+ में यह काम करेगा.
- ऊपर दी गई शर्तों के अभाव में सही परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं है.
- The Wordnet contents are displayed using Unicode (Devnagari script). To view it on your machine, your machine/browser should be Unicode enabled.
- The system works best in Internet explorer 6/ Firefox 1.5/Opera 8 on windows 2000 and windows XP. In Linux, it is difficult to test it on all distributions, but mostly, it will work on all unicode complient browsers such as Firefox 1.5+ and opera 8+.
- Results may not be gauranteed on lower specifications than mentioned above, as it needs Ajax compatibility over the client side.
उपयोग करने की विधि Steps to use
- शब्द देखने के लिए, दिए गए बाक्स में अपेक्षित शब्द लिखकर खोजें बटन दबाएँ.
- शब्द लिखने के लिए आप अपने संगणक कुंजीपटल या दिए गए आनलाइन देवनागरी कुंजीपटल को उपयोग में लाएँ.
- आनलाइन देवनागरी कुंजीपटल को उपयोग में लाने के लिए 'हिन्दी शब्द खोजें' के नीचे दिए गए देवनागरी कुंजीपटल पर क्लिक करें.
- ऐसा करने पर पूरा देवनागरी कुंजीपटल दिखाई पड़ेगा जिसका उपयोग आप माउस की सहायता से कर सकते हैं.
- आपके द्वारा खोजा गया शब्द संगणक खोजकर उसी पृष्ठ के ऊपर दिखायेगा.
- अगर वह शब्द नहीं मिलता है तो भी आपको एक उचित सूचना मिलेगी.
- परिणाम शब्द भेद जैसे कि संज्ञा,विशेषण,क्रियाविशेषण,क्रिया के आधार पर अलग-अलग समूहों में एक साथ दिखेगा.
- हर एक पर्यायवाची समूह (सिनसेट) के सामने दो कडियाँ होंगी -. (E) और (R).

'E' पर क्लिक करने पर इस हिन्दी पर्यायवाची समूह (सिनसेट) के समरूपी अंग्रेज़ी पर्यायवाची समूह की कड़ी (link) प्रर्दशित होगी (अगर वह उपलब्ध है).
- अंग्रेज़ी पर्यायवाची समूह देखने के लिए इस कड़ी(link) पर क्लिक करें.
- 'R' पर क्लिक करने से आपको वांछित शब्द एंव उस शब्द के पर्यायवाची समूह (सिनसेट)से संबंधित सभी संभावित संबंध जो दूसरे शब्द एंव उस शब्द के पर्यायवाची समूह (सिनसेट) से हैं,दिखेंगे.
- कड़ी (link) 'R' पर पुनः क्लिक करके संबंध सूची को हटाया जा सकता है.
- संबंध या संबंधों की कड़ी देखने के लिए आप किसी भी संबंध कड़ी (link) पर क्लिक कर सकते हैं.
- पुनः संबंध कड़ी (link) पर क्लिक करके उस संबंध कड़ी (link) को हटाया जा सकता है.
- आप पर्यायवाची समूह (सिनसेट) के किसी भी शब्द पर क्लिक करके उसके बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं.
- हिन्दी शब्दतंत्र देखने के लिए ऊपर दी गई विधि उपयुक्त है.
- To search a word, type it in the text-box given and press search button.
- You can type using your computer's keyboard or using the online keyboard.
- To use the online keyboard, click on the small 'keyboard' button below the search box.
- It will expand to show a keyboard which can be used with the help of the mouse.
- Once the word is searched, the results will be displayed on the top of the same page.
- If there is no result, there will be an appropriate message.
- The results will be grouped according to the part of speech of the word, viz Noun, Adjective, Adverb and Verb.
- Before each synset, there will be two links - (R) and (E).

If you click on (E), a link will be displayed for the English Synset equivalent to current Hindi Synset (wherever the English Mapping is available).
- To view the English Synset, click on this link.

If you click on (R), the webpage will show the list of all possible relations associated with the searched word and the particular synset in which it appears, to other synsets and/or words.
- The list can be cleared away by clicking again on the link (R).
- To view the relations/relation hierarchies, click on any relation.
- Once again clicking on the relation will clear the results for that relation.
- You can click on any word in any synset displayed on the page to start a new search.
- The process can be used to travrse deep in the Hindi wordnet.
तंत्र (सिस्टम) संबंधी जानकारीAbout the system
हिन्दी शब्दतंत्र के पन्नों को दिखाने के लिए पीएचपी (PHP) एवं जावा स्क्रिप्ट (Java Script) का उपयोग किया गया है । हिन्दी शब्दतंत्र माइयसक्यूएल (MySQL) में है और इसको उबुन्तु सर्वर लिनक्स (Ubuntu Server Linux machine) पर चलाया जाता है ।
The interface uses the PHP and Javascript to display dynamic content dynamically. The database uses MySQL and the system is hosted on a Ubuntu Server Linux machine.
